She is with an agency but doesnt seem to get much work and would like to make her her own website and Advertise her , Do i need to have a work permit ready incase she gets a job.
Get permit from the government. Here in the Philippines, We have the Department of Labor and Employment for people even under 18 to get permit in working. It depends on how the effort you have to go to different agencies and departments just to get her a working permit.
It’s almost impossible to get modeling work if you are not part of an agency. If you are not happy with your daughter’s current agency, your best bet is to go to their closest competitor. But read your contract carefully before you do. With a lot of contracts, even if you were to secure jobs on your own, they would still be eligible for their fees if you are on their books.

3It’s like pimping, you chaperone her on jobs and take a big cut of the proceeds. Is she too young to legally work? If not then it’s fine.
