Hi.
Actually I did BCA from IGNOU in 5 years and had a very bad academic record. But I am very gud in technical things, like programing and already developed 7 freelance projects (4 softwares and 3 websites). And on the basis of my technical front I made to a small company at Noida as a J2EE developer on the pay scale of 5000.
Now, what you guys think is it a good deal to go ahead and join them on this mere pay package?? or should I switch to networking, as there is no academic pressure is there? I am getting very low calls from IT companies due to my academics and the calling ones are calling me on the basis of my projects but they are offering a low pay package.
I dont want to be just another developer with this poor package.
By the way switching to networking is the idea provided by my cousin who is an Security Professional and has been in the industry for the past 14 years.
So, what you thinking? “switching”-a better idea?? or start with this low package?? but after that what could be the growth??
