I awarded a freelance project to a programmer from guru.com who claimed to have worked with such reliable companies as sprint. I hired him to create a login portal on my community website. All that he had to do was incorporate the login “input fields” with the designs that we already had. It has been two weeks and he still has not done it.
Should I fire him? He said that he would do it by 5pm tonight, and he still has yet to.
