		<description>I&#039;ve done more video than stills so that is the way I would tell you to go.  I&#039;ve found that video is more in demand thatnstills.  Anyway,  before you move to the Middle East, and I&#039;m assuming you&#039;re in the US, try working a large urban area.  A lot of tv stations will buy video of shootings, fires, and wrecks.  If you get good at it you will make contacts you can use later.  Basic gear   would be a police scanner, map, cell phone, and whatever camera gear you&#039;ll need.  I&#039;ve said this before and I&#039;ll say it again,  shooting an incident is only half of the job, the other half is getting the details of what you have shot.
