This is what it says”
■Enter the amount you will charge to complete the project.
■Amount must be a whole number and must not contain any symbols (dollar, comma, decimal, etc).
■Amount must be greater than $50, as defined by the project’s budget.
■Any amount lower or higher than the project’s budget will be flagged with “budget mismatch”, to assist the buyer.
Can someone explain how it works?

1The only one I know at all is rentacoder.com I am not sure 100% how the bidding process works from the coder’s side. I was there to get some stuff made for me before. They worked 50/50 for me. The first guy was not able to do what I needed, but I agreed to a 50% refund since I wanted to keep his work as a reference for the next guy. The second guy did better then what I asked for and offered to except only partial payment since he indeed used the first program as a guide to my needs. I will not claim that this is a flawless godly website, but I did walk away satisfied.
